1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
LaunchPoint Web Design provides web design, website maintenance, and hosting management services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to the start of work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and schedules are agreed upon before the commencement of any project. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for accounts with overdue payments.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information required for the project
- Providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
- Ensuring all content, images, and materials provided are owned by the client or properly licensed for use
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for their project. LaunchPoint Web Design retains the right to display the completed work as part of our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Revisions and Changes
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Requests for changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
LaunchPoint Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
