The Problem
Jose runs a real Mexican food truck in Port St. Lucie, serving handmade tortillas and bold, authentic flavors. But he had no dedicated website. Customers found him through social media chaos or word of mouth, with no easy way to see his location, menu, or hours.
What It Was Costing Them
Every day without a real website meant lost customers. People searched Google, didn't find him, and went to a competitor instead. There was no way to build a brand online, and no control over how his business looked on the internet.
The Build
A custom-coded, mobile-first Next.js website deployed to Vercel's edge network, fast enough to load before a customer's thumb finishes scrolling. Zero layout shift, built to be found on Google, and built to work perfectly on the phones his customers actually use.
The Real Story
El Nopalito's site was a real fight for perfection. Early builds had mobile Safari bugs where content went invisible on iPhones, the exact kind of thing that kills conversions. We hunted them down, fixed them at the root, and now the site scores a perfect 100 on Vercel's Real Experience Score.
